You can update your banking details on Netpractice so that your invoices and statements reflect the correct details.
Go to:
- My Practice
- Practice Detail
- Select the applicable Bank Name
- Enter the bank account number, branch code and branch name
- Select the applicable payment terms
- Click on "SAVE"
Please note that this does NOT affect the account which medical aids will pay into. If you wish to change the account in which medical aids reimburse you for your claims, please contact the medical aids directly to update the details.
